Terms of Service

Welcome to Elumi. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. We've written them to be clear and fair — please read them.

The service

Elumi is a mobile app made by Skyway Labs, designed for personal use between two partnered individuals. It provides shared daily rituals, memory storage, and relationship-oriented features. The app is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling or mental health care.

Your account

You must be at least 17 years old to use Elumi.
Each person maintains one account. You may be paired with one partner at a time.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.

Your content

Your ritual answers, memories, and uploaded photos belong to you. By using Elumi, you grant Skyway Labs a limited license to store, process, and display your content — solely for the purpose of operating the app and making it available to your partner within your shared space. We do not use your content for advertising or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Some features of Elumi require a premium subscription. Subscriptions are offered on an auto-renewing basis through the Apple App Store. By subscribing:

You authorize the App Store to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price shown at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly, except where required by applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use Elumi to:

Harass, threaten, or harm your partner or any other person.
Upload or share illegal content of any kind.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its underlying systems.
Circumvent or abuse any feature, limit, or access control.

Disclaimer

Elumi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep the app reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Elumi is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, therapy, or mental health support.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyway Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the app after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
